How we got here
Being a leader can be equally fulfilling and draining. As much as I loved being an executive leader, there were times where I found myself scrambling to stay afloat – unable to ‘stick to the plan’ because… people unexpectedly resigned, systems broke down, processes failed and new demands arose on the daily.

In my journey, I discovered the power of showing people how to think, not what to think. This, in combination with applying outcome driven frameworks, successfully grew our team’s capacity to prioritize and problem solve in an ever-changing environment, allowing me to get back to my zone of genius – being a strategic leader.
In 2022, I founded Changemakers HQ to fully embody my life’s mission – to redesign leadership.
By leveraging my CPA-skillset, obsession with personal growth and desire to serve humanity on a greater level, I help leaders in the social impact space build organizational capacity so that they can focus on what matters most - making an impact.

It's no secret that we live in a time where the world desperately needs strong, effective leaders. I'm grateful I get to use my gifts to uplift my fellow changemakers, paradigm shifters and disruptors in the journey of building a brighter future for humanity.

PRINCIPLES WE LIVE BY
1. We believe in abundance
We look to the Mother Nature as a reminder that we are inherently abundant. We define abundance as the continuous flow of resources. We live in a state of abundance by being grateful, resourceful and radically generous.
2. We embody courage
We choose courage over comfort. We see uncomfortable, tough conversations as the doorway to transformation. We take risks, even in the face of uncertainty, because we know that the only failure is failure to learn.
3. We're in the business of transformation
Transformation is a shift that brings us in alignment with our highest potential. This is why we say no to band-aid solutions. We believe that transformation occurs through consistently applying small changes over a sustained period. We work with intention and at a pace that leads to lasting change.
4. We work as a community
We know more when we are together than when we are apart. We rely on healthy interdependency as a means to further our mission. We value collaboration over competition and actively participate in creating a thriving ecosystem of mission-driven leaders building a brighter tomorrow.
5. We lead with love
We root ourselves in love to serve the greater good. This starts with taking care of ourselves before we take care of others. We remind ourselves that love is patient, love is kind. We live with an attitude of gratitude.

as we live our purpose each and every day!
